For the fifth year now, Goafest celebrates this relentless pursuit of ground-breaking work. When only the most original work will reign supreme, a stale venue won’t quite cut it, right? That’s why this year the action has shifted to the picturesque Utorda Beach. And the Advillage too, will greet you with a brand new look. Come enjoy the seminar hangar, exhibition domes, viewing rooms, awards area and recreation centres in their brand new avatars. And good luck with surviving the stampede near the bars.

The clock starts ticking on April 8, with the power-packed Industry Leadership Conclave. The year gone by has thrown up some unique problems. The good news is that when the best in the business gather under one roof, there’ll be no dearth of fresh solutions. The session this year is therefore aptly themed ‘2010: Time to Grow.’The show will gather momentum on April 9 & 10, two eventful days packed with Knowledge & Learning Seminars and the eagerly awaited Media & Creative Abby Award ceremonies.

    General Instructions / Terms and Conditions:
  1. All registrations are subject to approval of organisers.
  2. Pre registration ends on 31st March 2010.
  3. Domestic Delegate Registration Fee is Rs.11,000/- per person. Foreign Delegate Registration Fee is US $500 per person. This will include invites to all festival events - Creative and Media Awards ceremony, Seminars, Exhibitions, Lunch and Dinner on 9th and 10th April 2010.
  4. Fees paid are non-refundable. However, participation by a substitute will be allowed until the last date of registration. Thereafter additional charge will be levied for change of name.
  5. Registration will only be confirmed on receipt of participation fees.
  6. All delegates are required to make their own arrangements for travel and stay.
  7. Lost badges will be replaced at the venue for an additional charge of Rs.500/-.
  8. Individual’s business and personal identification with photo must be carried at all times.
  9. No one will be permitted to vouch for another individual’s credential.
  10. Organisers reserve the right of admission of any visitor at its discretion, even if the visitor’s badge has been issued and paid for.
    Organisers reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the entry in the event of any security reason, if necessary.
